| Since the increasing of the size of blast furnace and intensified steel making processes such as high pressure roof,high blast temperature and integrated blowing process have been adopted, the campaign life of domestic large or medium-sized furnaces has encountered great challenges, which have greatly affected the safe production as well as the furnace life. Under the supervision of Prof.Song Musen from Wuhan I&S Group,our factory has developed 25 kinds of products in ten major series such as micropore corundum brick, corundum mullite brick,compound brown corundum brick, mould pressed picropore carbon brick, sintered micropore alumina carbon brick etc. and the matching mortar as well as other monolithic refractories.Meanwhile, our invited designers are specialized in collapsible design of bricks and integrated preassembling of the bricks for BF parts including tuyere, taphole, slagnotch,hearth and bottom etc on the adjustable platform with 20m*20m size. The series have been used in couples of furnaces such as 3200m3BF of Wuhan I&S,2580 m3 BF of Benxi I&S,2200 m3 BF of Baotou I&S,2000 m3 BF of Tianjin I&S,1260 m3 BF of Liuzhou I&S and etc. |
